September 1 brings a big transition to the RPCNA Education & Publication Office.

Courtney Miller, business manager, retires after three years at Crown & Covenant. He’s had a long ministry career that included an RP pastorate in Quebec and work for God’s World publications.

Courtney continues to serve as an elder at River Valley Reformed (Monaca, Pa.) RPC and to supply pulpits at the RP Home and RP churches.

Courtney has been training Joshua Bout to take up the baton as business manager.

Josh is a 2024 graduate of Geneva College with a degree in business and finance. After graduation he married Emily Kingswood, daughter of Pastor Matt Kingswood (Russell, Ont., RPC).

Josh and Emily are members of College Hill (Beaver Falls, Pa.) RPC. Josh spent the first 12 years of his life in Mexico, where his parents served as missionaries for the United Reformed Churches.
