Reformation Translation Fellowship (RTF), a committee of committed Christians publishing theological literature in China and funded by the RPCNA, announced the appointment of Arthur Thompson as its executive director. Mr. Thompson has been a member of the RTF board for five years.

For eleven years Mr. Thompson worked with Trans World Radio (TWR), an overseas Christian radio ministry. After returning to the U.S. he managed Christian radio stations for more than twenty years. In preparation for his retirement, and wanting to continue meaningful Christian work, Thompson was invited to join the RTF board in 2005.

Mr. Thompson was an elder in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church prior to his move to Kansas two years ago. He is currently a member of CrossPointe Community Church of St. Joseph, Mo.

Bruce Martin, president of RTF and pastor of Ridgefield Park, N.J., RPC, welcomed Thompson as the new executive director and said he looks forward to having even greater opportunity to publish more material in the Chinese language.
