Marriages

West, Logan and Gordon, Johannah, Jan. 8. Pastor Bruce Parnell presided. The couple resides in Stillwater, Okla. (Stillwater, Okla., RPC)

Deaths   Good, Deborah L., “Debbie,” 35, Jan. 15 in Sterling, Ill., following complications from multiple sclerosis. She was born May 11, 1975, to Ronald and Virginia Good in Latrobe, Pa. She was a graduate of Washington High School, Washington, Iowa. Survivors include her mother, Ginny Good, of Morning Sun, Iowa; brother Matthew Good and wife, Leah, of Wauwatosa, Wis.; one niece, one nephew, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Debbie will be remembered for her outgoing personality and her love of people. She will be missed by the residents and staff of Winning Wheels in Prophetstown, Ill., who remember her as the person who made newcomers feel welcome. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Ronald Good, her grandparents, and three aunts. The funeral service was held Jan. 19 at Sharon RPC with Dr. Robert LaMay officiating. Interment followed the service at Sharon Church cemetery. Rhodes, Grace Marie, 98, Feb. 11, at the Reformed Presbyterian Home in Pittsburgh, Pa. She was a member of the Rose Point congregation. Grace was born and grew up in Slippery Rock Township, Butler County, and worked as a dining room supervisor at Slippery Rock University for 35 years. She is survived by two nieces, Barbara (Tom) Troxel (Dunnellon, Fla.) and Roberta Lynn (John) Manley (West Chester, Pa).; two nephews, Rev. Stephen (Margaret) Rhodes (Aurora, Ill.) and Richard (Vicki) Rhodes (Mogadore, Ohio). She was preceded in death by a sister, two brothers and a niece. Visitation and the funeral service were held Feb. 15 at the Smith Funeral Home in Slippery Rock, Pa. Rev. Rhodes and her pastor, Rev. Charles Brown, presided. (Rose Point [New Castle, Pa.] RPC).

Wright, Judith Ann, 71, Feb. 28. Pastor pro-tem Jim Pennington officiated at the graveside service in Gotha, Fla. Burial was at the Woodlawn Cemetery. A memorial service followed at the Orlando RP Church. She is survived by husband, Jim (Ocoee, Fla.); son Brian and family (Calif.); daughter Stephanie Garrow and family (Ocoee. Fla.). She was a graduate of Geneva College where she met and later married her husband, James Wright, who is a former pastor of the Orlando RP Church. She was also a teacher, and in addition to beloved wife and mother, she was a mentor and friend to everyone in the congregation. Graced with a sweet and gentle nature, she easily touched the lives of all those she knew, leaving a positive imprint on their lives. (Orlando, Fla., RPC)
