Deaths

Clark, Maxine, age 88, Jan. 7. Pastor Keith Magill officiated at funeral services at the Southside RP Church. Maxine was the senior founding member of the congregation. (Southside [Indianapolis, Ind.] RPC)

Scoby, Louise Ellen, age 53, Nov. 12, following a courageous battle with cancer. Pastors John Tweed and J. Edward Hindman officiated at the funeral service in Sabetha, Kan. The burial was in Albany Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Jim; two sons, Andrew Scoby (Jessica), and Eric Scoby, all of Sabetha; three daughters, Jacque Scoby, of Aberdeen, S.D., Martha Scoby and Lydia Scoby, both of Sabetha; two grandchildren, Michaela and Ransom Scoby; her parents, Dale and Kathleen Blackwood of Denison, Kan.; two sisters and their families, Wanda Armfield of Topeka, Kan., and Janet Tippin of Shawnee, Kan.
